There is no requirement for a member of your staff to be present during the cleaning process. Just ensure that we have all the necessary keys and the code for the alarm and our staff will work away. Whatever way works for you is fine as we are very flexible at VeryClean.ie

Our regular office cleaning process is typically carried out weekly or fortnightly and involves the following duties;

General Areas:

• Empty trash bins and replace liners
• Dust desks, shelves, and flat surfaces
• Wipe down desks and tables (non-cluttered surfaces)
• Vacuum carpets or rugs
• Mop hard floors
• Clean glass doors and interior windows (spot cleaning)
• Wipe fingerprints from light switches and door handles

Reception Area:

• Tidy magazines or materials
• Disinfect reception desk and seating area
• Clean glass surfaces and entrance doors

Workstations:

• Dust monitors and keyboards (lightly, if allowed)
• Disinfect phones and shared equipment

Break Room / Kitchen:

• Wipe countertops and tables
• Clean exterior of appliances (microwave, fridge, etc.)
• Empty and sanitize trash and recycling bins
• Mop floors
• Wash used dishes or load dishwasher

Restrooms:

• Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, and sinks
• Restock toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
• Mop and disinfect floors
• Empty sanitary bins
• Wipe down mirrors and partitions

In most cases that is no problem. You can request addition duties such as cleaning the inside of the canteen fridge or carpet & upholstery cleaning for an additional cost.

Our regular intense office cleaning process is typically carried out monthly or quarterly and involves the following duties;

General Areas:

• Clean skirt boards and moldings
• Wash doors and light fixtures
• Clean under furniture and appliances
• Hoover and clean under the rugs

Windows and Blinds:

• Clean the interior of all the windows and the blinds
• Dust and wipe all blinds and shades

Furniture and Upholstery:

• Hoover couches and chairs
• Polish wood furniture
• Disinfect shared surfaces thoroughly

Electronics and Cords:

• Dust behind computer towers, printers, and cables
• Disinfect shared keyboards, mice, and phones

Storage and Forgotten Areas:

• Organise and clean supply closets
• Sanitise inside drawers and cabinets (with permission)
• Clean ceiling corners for cobwebs

If you cancel the scheduled job up to 48 hours before then will not be charged a late cancellation fee. If you do cancel then 25% will be charged for administration.
